Note:

Here’s a Python function that accepts a text Python string from the manuscript and returns the cleaned version of the text with only alphabetic characters:

We define a function remove_non_alphabets that constructs a new string (cleaned_text) from the provided text. Using a list comprehension in Python, we iterate over each character in the given text. We use the isalpha() method to check if the character is an alphabet.

Additionally, we use the isspace() method to preserve spaces between words. Characters that pass this condition (i.e., alphabets or whitespace) are added to the cleaned_text.
